Se otorgarán “las llaves de la República Independiente de Torrero” a Joaquín Salvador Formento “El Yayo” por su dedicación a lo largo de tantos años en los asuntos del barrio, pero sobre todo por ser un hombre bueno, justo y leal/The keys of the Independent Republic of Torrero will be awarded to Joaquín Salvador Formento, El Yayo, for his dedication over so many years in the affairs of the neighborhood, but above all for being a good, just and loyal man.
